The product is composed of precooled material bin,crushing chamber,cyclone separator,liquid nitorgen tank,control cabinet and automatic feed (discharge)material mechanism.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Liquid nitrogen is used as the cold source.After the crushed materials are embrittled and easily crushed at low temperature.they will enter the crushing chamber.Through high-speed rotation of cutter discs,materials and blades,gear rings(fixed knives)and materials impact with each other repeatedly.Under the comprehensive effects of collision,sher and friction,materials that cannot be crushed under normal tempreature will be crushed.lt has high yield and many meshes(adjustable),which can ensure stable physical stability of Chinese medicinal materials.
